公寓最大的特色就是地理位置比較好，出門有兩條地鐵線路，去trx和谷中城都比較方便，離雙子塔步行15分鐘左右，也是比較近了，打車去柏威廉6馬，或者走過去25分鐘左右，從klcc到柏威廉沿途有帶空調的步行連廊也很方便了。公寓本身實際是是不算新的房子了，房間空間寬敞，該有的設備冰箱、洗衣機、中央冷暖空調都有，但衞生間水管漏水需要維護，估計上個租客也提過，管家也會著手解決。我們遇到的唯一問題是，估計打掃人員沒有更新新的廁紙，我們到晚上才發現廁紙不夠，半夜也不好找管家，就去附近24小時便利店自行購買了，不得不説這個位置還是很方便。入住期間有兩衹小強，被我消滅，其他還好。特別説一下，樓下義大利餐廳不錯，可以推薦！

The studio is spacious and clean, however the parking is main problem for me, first day I reached I have to park at visitor car park which cost very high for 1st hour RM4 and subsequent hour RM3. Then second day the host gave me the season car park card which I need to pay RM10 per day, this help much as the parking fee is really very higher if park at visitor car park. The location is just walking distance to KLCC which is advantage for the stay here. LRT station also very near around 3 minutes walk🚶

The guy is complete fraud First, he shows pictures that room is clean But his actual room, mattress has blood stains; And cockroaches on the floor, here let me show you guys photo which I have all as evidence I will ask 訂房網站 to take this guy from doing business in the future

The apartment-style hotel is very spacious and suitable for family travel, with complete facilities. The only issues that need improvement are the showerhead's water flow and the lack of hot water.

Room is spacious, more suitable for families. The location is good, just 10mins walk from Petronas tower with many malls nearby. However, amenities can be improved, basin and shower head are leaking, hair dryer and water heater use two pin plugs which I have issues plugging into three pin sockets. Towels are apparently of cheap quality and no floor mats, these can be improved with minimal cost. Lastly, the housekeeper cannot communicate in english which makes it rather difficult for tourists to interact.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 – Great Weekday Stay for a Small Family! We stayed at Binjai 8 Premium Soho on a weekday as a family of three, and the experience was genuinely pleasant. Parking was super easy and came with a minimal charge, which is a big plus in KL. The unit itself was clean and practical. It had one king bed and one queen bed, perfect for a small family. We also really appreciated the washing machine + dryer combo — super convenient for longer stays or after a long day exploring the city. The kitchenette was well-equipped for simple meals, and the building facilities were solid. The swimming pool was relaxing, and the gym had everything needed for a quick workout. Overall, a comfortable, convenient, and family-friendly stay. Would definitely recommend for weekday 訂房網站s or short getaways in KL!
